Director of Design, Sales, and Marketing
Jennifer Dwire
Jennifer joined MC Surfaces in 2018 and quickly became a key contributor within the organization. After piloting the Design Center Division in Austin, she successfully launched additional showrooms across Houston, San Antonio and Dallas. She also leads the Central Texas Sales Team and oversees the company’s marketing strategy, bringing clarity, creativity and momentum to every initiative. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Jennifer is known for cultivating a positive, forward-thinking culture across the divisions she supports.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys weekend adventures with family and friends, exploring Texas wine country, spoiling her Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and cheering on her two teenage boys in all their activities.
Design Consultant San Antonio
Kristen Gaitan
Kristen has over 16 years of experience as a Design Consultant. She loves working with homeowners to create a space that they will feel comfortable in, excited about and most importantly, proud of. Even after all these years in the industry, Kristen still gets excited to see new materials and can’t resist a gorgeous pattern tile. In her downtime, you will find Kristen enjoying time with family and friends…preferably near a body of water! She is always ready for her next crafting project and loves to get lost in a good book.

Landry Richards
Landry grew up outside of Denver, Colorado and earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2020. She enjoys being able to express her creativity each day at work through helping others design living spaces that embody their personality and bring them happiness. Landry loves the ever-changing industry and keeping up with all of the latest trends. Above all, she values working with a team that brings her unwavering inspiration and support. Outside of work, you can find Landry in Austin's restaurant scene, catching a flight out of town for the weekend, or testing a new recipe at home.

Jennifer joined forces with MC Surfaces in 2018. After piloting the Design Center Division in Austin, she consecutively opened Showrooms throughout the state located in Houston, San Antonio and Dallas. Additionally, she leads the Sales Team in Central Texas and oversees Marketing strategies for the company. Jennifer has over 20 years of design experience and brings a positive and creative culture to the multiple divisions she oversees. Jennifer enjoys weekend fun with family and friends, spending time in Texas wine country, loving on her Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and binging satire television.
Director of Sales Houston & Dallas
Natalia Bulox
Natalia have been with MC Surfaces for 16 years. Natalia started as a warranty tile manager which taught me a lot about this industry. After 7 years of warranty Natalia was promoted to sales which she loves! Natalia enjoys meeting clients and is always looking to meet more and grow. In 2020, Natalia was promoted as Director of Sales in Houston and Dallas, giving her the opportunity to share her knowledge and leadership with her sales team. Honesty is her lead and representing MC Surfaces is a privilege.

Yolanda Ortiz
Yolanda began her journey with MC Surfaces as a Project Coordinator before transitioning into her current role as Sales Associate in 2024. Her experience behind the scenes gave her a deep understanding of our operational processes and honed her attention to detail, ensuring clients feel confident and supported throughout every project.
A proud Dallas native, Yolanda brings valuable insight into the local market, helping builders anticipate trends and make informed decisions with ease. Her strong community ties and industry knowledge make her an indispensable partner for those looking to stay ahead of the curve.
Outside of work, Yolanda enjoys quality time with her family and her three energetic huskies.
Director of Sales Houston & Dallas
Christina Mizell
Joining the MC Surfaces team in 2013 in roles ranging from Flooring Expeditor to Director of Sales, Christina has gained invaluable experience in understanding the many facets of what is most important to our Building Professionals as well as the operations that are essential to servicing our customers. She is skilled at developing the best plan of action for each of her client’s needs and committed to helping them choose the best products. In her free time, Christina enjoys spending time with her family (and fur baby Enzo), traveling to new places, and competitive Olympic lifting.

Kimberly Roberts
Kimberly Roberts started with MC Surfaces as a Designer in 2020 and has recently moved into the Sales Associate position in Austin. Kimberly's bright personality creates a fun and exciting experience for new and existing builders! With Kimberly's previous history in design, she is able to assist builders with operational, aesthetic, and product questions. Kimberly is a native Texan and a graduate of Texas A&M. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her friends and family, drinking Summer Moon coffee, and binge watching Selling Sunset & Friends.
