Black, White, & Timeless

This beautiful home built and designed by CC + Mike is what dreams are made of. This is by far my favorite house.

I love everything about the design and finishes. They gave so much attention to each and every detail starting with the outside. With a bold black and white exterior, its curb appeal is just perfect—black, white and timeless. The porch off to the right with seating and a swing is an architectural feature that adds a nod to the classic charm of a carriage portico. I love the mix of modern clean lines with that charming little detail.

Bold & Beautiful

The black, white, and timeless theme continues inside with gorgeous finishes. The black and white marble entry floor and black walls are both dramatic and sophisticated. Making a statement with bold tile in the entry is an easy way to add a touch of drama without it feeling like it’s too much. The bold black tile is continued throughout the home. Black hexagon tile with white grout is used in several areas to tie every space together. She did a beautiful job of mixing elegant design with classic and livable finishes.

Prep Perfection

The light and bright open kitchen has an oversized island that opens to the living and is perfectly finished with a marble backsplash. Behind the range wall is a prep kitchen which is one of my ALL-TIME favorite floorplan features. I love that the prep kitchen can house small appliances and extra countertops for prepping dishes, lunches, and snacks all while your beautiful kitchen stays clean and uncluttered!! Don’t forget the amazing built in espresso machine, for a coffee lover this is a dream come true!

Outdoor Oasis

There are many more rooms and details I love about this floorplan and design, but the outdoor space is a showstopper. The house was designed to go around the pool. I love how the pool fits perfectly inside with access from several areas of the home. This design makes the outside feel like an extension of the home. Everything is perfect from the pool design to the pavers and landscape.
